Hidden gem, the pocket stickfix

I have one of the HSK blocks which was a very generous gift from a member.  Great product.  I also have some Mirka blocks that I purchased from Woodcraft.  They appear to be the same with possibly a slightly different hook and loop.

You can also take a look at Amazon:  Amazon

I would have given Festool info but if not available here...

. Oh, I'm fairly set in that dept. I bought the Mirka block to use with Abranet Abrasives. Great for sanding between clear finish coats of Varnish or Water based finishes.  I cobbled together a hose adapter from Fein to fit the Mirka block connection and mate with the stock Festool AS hose.
For what I use my Mirka block for, the Abranet is probably my best bet anyway.  but thank you for the info.  You know how it is. When it's NAINA stock, it's all the more desirable .... [wink]

Dave, I thank you very much for giving me the information (in your video) that the handle is removeable.  That information is very handy becuase I am sanding some slats this morning.  In the past, I used the pocket stickfix to sand slats, but could only get a portion of the pad surface into the recess.  Now I can utilize the entire surface.
