Hinge

In a bathroom where space does not permit swinging cabinet door panel and tracks do not offer adequate sealing from moisture:  I am looking for an invisible hinge system for a mirror that will pop up and slide over another mirror panel like a van door.  Any ideas?

The direct link didn't work, but if you select: 3.4 flap fittings , and then the lift-up fittings, those look like some of them could do what you want.

Here's a similar system from Blum: link I haven't used the stuff myself yet, but Hettich and Blum are mostly used on the higher end kitchens and bathroom furniture around here (and for me I have more suppliers locally that sell the hettich stuff).
