Hmmm... What would you want as a gift?

Well, I asked for some smaller Festool things this year.  The special two pack of blades for the Kapex, possibly the plexiglas edge guide router accessory, some spare parts.  Next year is the year for tools for me.

Peter

I keep hoping for a CMS-GE...  (Right!!!)  Santy brought me an LR 32 with a holey rail about a week early, though.

[smile]

My children have got together and have bought me an OF1400 - I know because they asked me what to get and I did make a contribution so they would not have to pay too much.

If there was any chance of a surprise then I would love to have the CMS-OF insert for my CMS unit. I would then put the OF2200 in it and use the OF1400 for all of the hand held stuff.

I hope everyone has a happy and safe Christmas.

Megan has been on Paul-Marcel's wish list for years now, but every year he only gets some stupid woodworking gifts from Santa. [tongue]

A shiny new Kapex would be wonderful, I just need to expand my shop for all my Festool products!

I had already been told no tools for Christmas. So I had to fix that problem my self.  [big grin]

Stopped by a local dealer yesterday and picked up some abrasives, a Planex extension, a wye pipe for the ct and I ordered a MFT Cross cut.

Today is also my birthday so, Merry Christmas and Happy birthday to me!

I didn't want the same as Paul Marcel due to my marital status, but including the CMS, the router accessories, the blades for my Kapex, the bowclamps, and a whole bunch of books - I love to read, and time with my wife and my two four legged kids who can wag their tails, I had an unbelievable day.

Well Paul??

Unbelievable thing happened.  I found a shapely package under the tree!  It was Megan!  booyeah!  I did a happy dance (to a Latin rhythm, naturally)

Ecstatic, I made her this awesome Christmas morning breakfast: raised bread dough torn into golf balls deep fried and served in your own personal ocean of Canadian maple syrup.  Curiously, these are called pêtes de nones or "nun farts" in English.  Then for the coup de genie, PopTarts flambées... she got weak in the knees on that one; no woman can resist PopTarts flambées (except maybe the ones on weird diets and no deodorant...)

Snuggled for the carb-overload-induced food coma.  Hands wandered; she couldn't help it... hey, I work-out

Paul, Paul, Paul.  You know that saying "No pics ...." don't you?    [poke]

Hi Everyone

Just to get you all back to the real world...

I am now the proud owner of an OF1400 thanks to my lovely children. I have not had a chance to even turn it on yet - I am sure it will be perfcet. I will do a video in due course.
