I have dropped over $4000.00 on Festool products in the last year and have not received so much as a thank you.

With that being said, I don't buy quality for the swag.......I buy for quality for the quality.

I've never had a single freebie from festool either.  But beware, a USA colleague sent me a festool T shirt (to nearly a month to make it to France by Next Day Air!!) and it started to become holier than thou after the first wash.  Glad their tools aren't to the same standard.

Don't give up. I got mine last week. Right size and new style. I guess good things do come to those that wait.
