Who's kit is that?

Very nice. I love building but haven't done it in a while. I have built a couple amateur radio transceiver and a tube preamp for my Sota turntable.

Very nice. I love building but haven't done it in a while. I have built a couple amateur radio transceiver and a tube preamp for my Sota turntable.

It's 300B SET amp built from a set of five boards from Tom Christensen.  Three filament regulators, a PSU, and a Driver board.  You are on your own from there.
