home made tool organiser in T-LOC 4

hi there,

i made this recently, and i have been using it for a few months now.. it's very handy
i think, because i can leave it inside the systainer, put it on a trolley, and wheel it
around my shop and jobsite.. It's easy accessible from the top, i can grab all the tools
i use the most very easy.. Mosty hand tools for just normal carpeting, like hanging doors,
framing work and stuff.

i will try to make a picture today of all the tools it holds..

I have made tool inserts both for a systainer 4 and a systainer 5.  (see the thread: http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-jigs-tool-enhancements/systainer-tool-organizer-tray-with-side-handles-(some-of-them-retractable)/  I find that, in paractice, the multiple tray design that I employed does not work as well as I expected it to.

I might try something similar to what you have done.

Hi frank! Thanks for the compliment! I chose to
make it this way, so i can just open the systainer and have acces
to all my main carpeting tools! When the systainer is mounted on
a festool trolley, i can just wheel it around where ever i am..
Al of the little fiddly stuf that i dont use very often, but do want
to carry with me, are sitting in the little drawers..

Another benefit of al the tools having their own spot, is that when
I'm cleaning up after a job, i can easily check that all the tools are
back in the sys, and i dont miss anything!!
