Hi Team,
I can't find how I can purchase spare parts from Festool online. I've tried entering the part number and the search engine does not return any results.

Thanks in advance,
Chip

You can either order parts from a dealer or directly from Festool USA in your case, but you can't order online at this point in time.  You can however call the phone number that is on the label on your tool or 1-888-337-8600.  I personally have chosen to call Festool and save my dealer the hassle of dealing with small parts.

When I lived in the UK , I called festool directly for any spare bits I needed/wanted. They have some very nice ladies who will help ya out

I'm with Peter on this, I've ordered various parts from Festool service at the number Peter posted.  They are great to work with and ship immediately.

You say "at this point in time". does that mean they are working to change that?  Seams to be a lot of hassle on festools side to have people waiting at a phone verses just let people buy.  Or maybe better work with an online retailer to let people buy them.

I don't have any knowledge of Festool's efforts to set up an online system either way.  I wrote "at this time" because this thread might be read 5 years from now and perhaps there might be such a system.

If I were a dealer I wouldn't want to deal with repair part orders.  Hassle and in some instances an order would cost me money after credit card processing etc.

Agreed on the hassle part.  That's why I was thinking along the lines of Amazon, or some other similar system/retailer.  Put in PN, order part.  Dealers don't have to mess with it,  Festool doesn't have to tend to phones.
