How good does the Garnet net abrasive work

I noticed the Garnet net abrasive product and was wondering how this would work on drywall sanding.  I would be using a 5" sander with dust extractor. (36AC) If any has any experience using the net Garnet abrasive pads on drywall or other projects, I would appreciate your opinions.
