I'm currently working on another bed build project for one of my daughters. I'm building identical beds for all of my kiddos, each bed has 14 drawers and I wanted to get them all evenly spaced. The first bed was a fail in that regard, I would either get two sets of mid panels the same width, and one would be different - on another carcass they were all different widths  :o With the second bed, I was determined to figure out the best way to measure, mark and join the panels to all have evenly spaced cavities. The process actually turned out to be rather simple once I sat down and thought about the issue. In this new video, I show the process for getting those evenly spaced mid panels - great for shelving, credenzas, dividers and any furniture with panels.

That's pretty much how I do it.  I don't clamp the pieces and stand them up but I do stack and mark.
