As was stated, this has been discussed on the forum before and it's because of the laws and requirements for sweepstakes, giveaways, etc. in the province of Quebec. It's not that we don't want to offer it to Quebec residents, it's that the laws in place are prohibitive.

I generally don't post the winner on the forum since there's a page on the sweepstakes website that lists winners. It is updated as soon as I receive the winner's affidavit each time a winner is selected.
