One of the reasons for the entire grid of holes on my 4' x 8' assembly table is fixturing and squaring.
The last couple of days have been spent on this cornice job, for want of a better term. It goes above a bunch of windows/doors, but not against the ceiling like a crown moulding. I'm not completely done, there is still another return on the other end.
The main length is just under 44' (526.25") It returns to the floor on one end and makes a 90 degree turn on the other end for 17' (206"). The sheer size of it gets lost on the floor of a big shop though. It's 11" across each way with coped corners, but I forgot to take a pick of it while it was apart. I get some tomorrow on the other section.
