I'm having a problem with my furnace and was hoping someone could help me out. My furnace starts all the way to the 1st burner lighting but for some reason the 2nd burner wont light. After 5-6 seconds of the 1st burner being lit and the 2nd one not lighting the 1st one shuts off. Any ideas on what could be causing this would be very helpful.

I had a similar problem a couple of months ago. I thought it was because the heat sensor was dirty and this was causing the furnace to switch after seconds after igniting. It turned out that it was actually because the air intake pipe was not sloping on a downward gradient causing condensation to pool in it and block the pipe.

Pretty simple fix in the end to put the pipe on a proper slope.

Had a similar problem.  It wound up being that a dirty filter was keeping the switch from detecting that the fan that drives the exhaust ducting was on.  I had it tracked to that switch, bought a new one that fixed the problem for a couple days, but it was basically lack of maintenance on my part  ::).  Most of the online debugging I received was along the lines of condensation preventing the vaccum switch from getting enough suction, but it was a soot covered filter.
