I have a HKC 55 track saw and its battery BPC 18 got stuck on the saw and I could not get it out.
Unfortunately it is out of warranty now so I was trying to solve it by myself by carefully disassemble the device.
I got down to the battery and mounting plate (see the attachment photo). There is no latch at this point so it should slide right out but I still could not pull the plate out of the battery.
It got stuck really good and almost feels like the connector is glued together or something. Very strange.
Please give me any suggestion to solve this.
