I HATE Bob Marino, Festool and all of their stinking tools.

;D Alright so I am lying through my teeth but what the heck my work is getting better while my wallet gets lighter. However, only temporarily as my clients are loving what they are seeing coming out of my "shop"? My shop being loosely defined as my unfinished basement, finished basement and garage.  :D I love the Festool System so much that I ordered the OF 1400 and paid to have it overnighted even though I have four (4) other routers in my shop. So PLEASE either shoot me or get some new tools here in the USA as I am running out of things to buy and USE.  :o Fred

Please remain seated and secure all loose change and jewelry during the duration of this ride  :o

Uh, Fred...

Got one of these: http://www.festool.co.uk/artikel/artikel_weiterleiten.cfm?id=414 ?!?  I bet that you need a full "six-pack" of routers!  ;D

Dan.

Dan, you are trying to KILL me of this I am certain. I WANT, NEED that MFK 700 badly.  ;D Overtime, just me everything is button up for the ride. Now bring on the Kapex and all the other NAINA goodies. :( ::) Fred

I absorb your hate and transform it into rainbows, flower garlanded unicorns, and Malibu Barbie in her pink Corvette Love with a scoop of vanilla and cherry on top. Of course, I have a Kapex and I think my next kitchen remodel will require a laminate router, so I don't have quite as much displaced aggression. You need to go outside and split some wood Fred.  ;)

Eli, I take your rainbow, Malibu Barbie, etc. and wish now to split your head with that very poorly disguised GLOAT.  ;D Fred

I have long felt the government needs to step in and protect us from the Festool cultists. As one who has been sucked into the faith and owning many of their products with several more on my wish list, I am another in need of treatment and saving!!! Yes, Bob is at the root of all this  ;)
Oh - and for you that are not suffering here in NA, quit gloating about your great tools that we can't have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  ;D
Pete

ps
Oh, then I go to the link that Dan posts and find that Festool is coming out with an awsome trim router right after I purchased the full Bosch kit. This is truly cruel and I should be owed some form of compensation for my mental suffering.  :'(

Well.... Hate is a strong word.

I have bought from Bob who started me down this slippery slope. My biggest problem is with Timmy C right now. He needs to stop sending me stuff!

To be honest, my wife was telling me a couple of nights ago about how productive my year has been now that I have my Festool's. LOML is about to embark on a career in real estate and has decided she wants me to help clean up some of the homes she is about to list or offer my services to clients buying homes cause these darn Festool's are so portable.

Today I get to jump the border and pick up my C12!!  ;D

You just buy Festools now for the free strip search from your border hottie.

Once I started buying form Bob, it was a one way road to the poor house.  When I wear my Festool gear I get people coming up and askign me about it.  The reps all want to know where I buy and why.  They all say I can get it locally, but then Bob doesn't live here.  I saw sure, i'll come buy from you next time as I know I am telling a fib..... Bob, you suck my wallet dry but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Bob, Timmy C. and I meet secretly on a weekly basis to discuss our plans for world domination! We all have code names too.

Bob is affectionately known as the Red Skull. Timmy C. is AKA The Kingpin and I go by the sweet moniker of Dr. Victor Von Doom!

No one can stop us!

I've been wanting to get my hands on one of those for a while now.  I use a trim router for all sorts of things in my shop and love it.  I went for years never thinking much of trim routers.  Then one day, I decided to see what I could do with one.  So I bought the Ridgid model, which has been very useful.  Then I learned about the Festool model, and wanted one.

Then I hit the NAINA brick wall.

I'll be brushing my teeth and wearing my best clothes when I get to the border later on today.

Last time, they let me through without charging me taxes.... Maybe she doesn't like me  :-[

See Bob, now that's why people hate you.  We want a tool, wish for a tool, and just when we're ready to give up... you come along and tell us when it will be available.
