I know this is a bit stupid, but i carnt help myself when it comes to Domi love :-*

Its my way to show the AFB  that the Domi "isnt" just a Morticer ;D

Pic 1 -  Step 1 - Set the Dominatrixes  height adjustment, taking into account the cutter size for the timber width and thickness for your desired tenon size, and make multiple cuts on all 4 sides. Should take 20 seconds ;D

Step 2 - Then clean up the shoulders on the table saw.

Pic 2 - The finished tenon in a flash. Not bad for a morticing machine. Who needs to buy Dominos ;D

Teezer, No its not crazy, but the other day I was messin with the 10mm bit and I tried to make a tenon with 5/4 then cutting the excess with my Ryoba 10 1/2". Me being dumb why did I not think of the Table Saw to hack off the excess. Of course my tenon was not as square as yours, but it was a first try. Its a great idea and the more I mess with this tool the more it can do...

Ted, try it with the 5 or 6mm cutter. They are nice because they remove less stock so naturally their is less stress and a cleaner cut.

Its bizzar because Domi will cut tenons so quick and easy, easier than the majority of other methods i have seen or tried. But the same machine will cut 2 perfect mortices for a floating tenon twice as quick. Hmmmmmmmm  :-\

Forgot to add, when i table sawed the shoulders i slid the tenon back and forth quick just to clean it up (not that it needed it) That only took 10 or 20 seconds so it wasnt a big issue.

Teezer, Good idea on the smaller bit, of course the TS clean up did cross my mind after I was done with the hand saw, your 20 seconds turned into 20 minutes with the hand saw...

I know I know, power to the people, I just thought for my grandpas sake I would give the old dusty ryoba a bit of work...
