The choice is yours on who you call, however dealers don't keep spare parts in stock. You can purchase from your dealer or directly from the Festool service department. While I can't say for sure that every part is in stock, our goal is to have the vast majority of parts available. They can tell you for sure if they have something in stock or not when you call.
