Picked up a few goodies today, 2 ct 22 vacs, an old style ro 150 e, he has another one but couldn't`t find it, when he doe`s it`s mine also, a box of assorted sand paper, a maintenance kit for the sander and a new pad. They are about 5-6 years old but haven`t been used for 2, they did solid surface with them so they are well used. Got it all for $500 cash. The vacs both have the long life bags in them and an extra main filter set. I think I did alright. I don`t think I`ll keep the sander, its well used and needs a new dust shroud, anyone close by that would want it can pm me with an offer, pics to come later. He included some pads he thought belonged to it, they don`t fit, they are 3m hookit II pads, 5 &6 inch with the loop on the pad and the hooks on a plastic sanding disk, anyone know what these are for?

Horrible deal. You should let me take them off your hands for what you paid so you can recoup your cash!

Haha om det är din lyckliga dag kan du dubbla dina pengar, men om inte Goodluck till dina pengar .. trevlig att spela med casino folk speciellt de yrkesverksamma

Autobody use, but 3M has discontinued the Hookit II (the reverse hook and loop) so you might be able to sell it to someone who does bodywork, but you wouldn't get much.  Only the Hookit continues in production.

Hookit II came about when 3M wanted to regain patent rights to the design (that's what autobody guys surmised at the time) so then anyone using it would be forced to stick with 3M for the Hookit II sandpaper for the pads.  3M claimed it was a better design for longer pad life and better sandpaper disc adhesion/re-adhesion.  I never bought into it believing it was a load of bull plus I had so much of the Hookit paper, it wasn't worth changing over.
