I think the town is still on dial up.
 
This was a fun day back in September. Over 3000 impact driven fasteners total on the project to date.

Kitchen and bedroom put the structure in a different class.

The one in the link is 500sf (and very nice I might add!). Mine is about 80.

I wouldn't care if the town considered it an accessory structure. There are already 4 structures on the property, the smallest of which is 900 sf. I doubt they will tax the tree house. I'd gladly pay if they did.

This isn't about politics or money to me. It is about a cool space for my kid.

And my future office.
