Im needing an undercut saw, whats your experience with them?

I occasionally install tile floors and am needing an undercut saw, do you guys have any experience with them? I was looking at the crane 825 which looks pretty decent.

I have experience w the 812, 825, and 845, as well as several of their older models.  My favorite is the 812. It has excellent stability w the extendable arm out, nice dust collection, and great power.  The 825 is nice as well, but the 845 is underpowered and lacks dc.
