Images, videos, or experience of MFS-FS Slide in use?

As the subject says, I'm looking for any images or videos of the MFS-FS Routing Slide in use.  The marketing images posted in the MFS thread don't really show much.  I'm looking for more information about how the Slide attaches or guides on the MFS profiles, for the most part.

I've seen people claim that they use this piece as a router sled for milling, but I haven't found any demonstrations of such.  Is there any deflection when in the middle?  How much true side-to-side bit path can you get?

Any or all of these questions would help me decide whether to get one; it's not considered a 30-day try-or-return item, so I'd rather not drop the clams on it without a little more information first.

I watched a half-dozen MFS videos on Youtube earlier today; none had the MFS-FS Slide/Sled.  I looked now and didn't see the slide system in any of the other videos.

Thanks for that link!  It helped to see the discussion about deflection, as I was hoping to use a 2200 instead of a 1400, but I really wish the old photos on the site were still available to view; all I can see are thumbnails.  I'm mostly curious about how the sled/slide mounts on the extrusions, because the slabs I have are all at the 22-24" mark.

As shown in the first link, his use of a simple sheet of plastic film for improved dust control is brilliant.

Make sure to look through the rest of his vids since I recall there being additional videos showing the MFS router slide in use.

All of my slabs are right at 24" wide and it appears that even with a large flattening bit, I'd come up just short with the MFS-FS Slide.

Since I have almost two full MFS 400 sets and a pair of the 1m extrusions (for a total of four 200mm, four 400mm, and two 1000mm pieces), I mocked up a router sled using some 200mm and 400mm profiles and the 30mm circle routing insert. I may have to purchase some more connectors to make it work if I can't just swipe them from the other set (and it's probably a good idea to get more connectors regardless)

In my head, I could put the 1m extrusions flat or on end and find a way to slide the carriage back and forth smoothly, with stops to keep from eating the rail on either end.  I'd surely need a bit extension if I wanted to use this with a flattening bit, too.

I'm also thinking of setting it up to the way [member=25351]rst[/member] did in this post:https://www.festoolownersgroup.com/...-for-planing-wide-boards/msg548192/#msg548192 .  As I looked at the extrusions, this idea of a stationary circle-adapter-in-a-sled idea popped into my head.  The method in that post would probably work out just fine, since using the 1m and 200mm extrusions would leave an 800mm opening which would be plenty wide enough for my slabs but I would have to purchase 8020 to run it side to side.

All of this is a way for me to try to use what I already have on hand rather than give in to the current one-week sale price on the WP Slab Mill Pro, which I've had in my sights ever since the sawyer came and slabbed up my trees.  Now that they're back from the kiln, having 23 slabs in the 8/4 range and 21 in the 4/4 range to process and/or sell makes the idea of the WP SMP a little easier to justify, especially for the turn-key operation compared to what I'm trying to assemble right now.
