installing dust filter bag for first time

When installing the filter bag for the first time (CT48) any special instructions? I connected to the outlet secutrely but fit the bag inside by just pshing it to the bottom and letting the excess come up the sides snce there is obviously extra material til it gets inflated the first time.

Nothing special. Connect the flange to the inlet port and lay the bag into the tub. The suction will inflate the bag during use.

As it fills up? It doesn't inflate completely when I turn it on but, of course, it's empty right now.

As long as you do what Shane mentioned you'll be fine. The bag does not need to fully inflate when in use and will only inflate when filled with debris
