Without a doubt the Domino. Then the router and related accesories. Other than that, anything that makes any one product different then it's counterparts as far as function is concerned.

I thought there was going to be a lot more feedback as well.  I noticed there were not a lot of people voting a while ago.  Pretty surprised considering the feedback that was given in the "Feedback Requested - User Training Classes" thread.  It was a thread for "class" training and it turned out to be a thread about people wanting videos instead of class training and now no one is talking about it.  Werid.

I think it would be beneficial to allow 2 or 3 choices. I'd like to see more videos for sure. I voted Domino, but I'd like to see some more on the MFT and the routers as well.

A lot of folks are on the last Ho-Rah! vacation for the summer with most schools starting within the next week to 10 days.  That could account for a lot of it!

I've seen a lot o these people on here since then and most of them have not voted on the issue.  Come on guys! Vote!  If you don't, Festool could possibly think this Idea is dead and won't move forward with it?

I've voted Dave, just didn't leave detailed feedback.  To expand though, my priority would be router training; although I'm a beginner and would need a fairly basic programme, I think it would be great to have different levels to access as your skills improved.

Thanks guys.

Just curious how you can tell who voted?  People may have voted without posting a message, that's what I did.  Just looking at the number of times Festool related  videos have been viewed on YouTube it should be obvious there is a high demand for this type of tutorial.

Shane, I don't know if material you have for dealers would be appropriate for end users. My thoughts are maybe these videos could be made available as a starting point. Users could comment on what they like in the videos and what they would like to see that wasn't in the videos. If what you already have isn't appropriate maybe you could shoot video like you did for the parallel guides, a Festool trainer just doing his demo. Nothing fancy and only the minimum of editing, upload them to you-tube and you can keep the cost down to almost nothing. Just a thought.

BTW, you guys should search youtube once in awhile, here's a video of the MFT/3.

I liked this video and looked at it prior to deciding to buy the MFT3.  I ended up using it instead of the manual to assemble the table.  These are great.

That is an excellent Youtube video on setting up the MFT/3. It's on my wish list....

I'd love to see a short video like this for all the Festool stuff.  Festool could EASILY do a similar video in a controlled environment where it was quieter (better sound) but without going overboard on the post production (and 30 second intros). Heck shoot it in HD.  ;D

For example, how does one use the Domino to get the most out of it?
What do you do differently for the new 4mm head?

Setup a router with out of the box parts and show all the cuts (and how to attach the various dust catchers).
Show what you can do with each additional accessory.

If a picture is worth a 1000 words, video is worth....

I voted but did not post. So----
I want to see how to best use the MFS - does not seem very obvious how to use it and it's benefits.
I want to see usage of the new parallel guides.
I want to see usage of the polishing accessories for the Rotex.
There are so many router accessories - need to show how they are used and you will sell lots more of them.

Sorry guys, your right I have no way of telling if you voted or not.  I forgot there was a poll. Sorry.  Just trying to get some feedback going.

Whew!!! You can't get much higher quality video...uness you are talking about such things as the  "talking head" type presentation and lack of cuts. That could be improved but the presenter was right on with very few things you might cut out. Fact is, that "live" video is damn good. From a practical standpoint you can shoot that and post it quickly where as a scripted and edited video could take weeks. As a video producer of 100+ corporate videos under my belt, almost all of these videos were of the scripted, multi-camera shoot to a script and took hundreds of hours of edit time and weeks to produce...and cost a lot of money. So when I see a "talking head" video that works as well as this one, I have only applause.
