Along with several colleagues from around the US and Canada, I attended a Painters Workshop in Indiana this week. It was fascinating to see the Festool operation from the inside. We met many of the people who work there, and it was refreshing to note that they are cool people who are jacked up about what they do, and also very interested in what contractors do. We learned alot, and I am comfortable in saying that as many questions as we asked, we were asked just as many in return. If you ever have the opportunity to attend a Training Session at Festool, it is very much worth doing.
