Is it difficult to get certain Festool parts to arrive undamaged?

I've been nervous about my MFT/3 which finally came earlier in the week.  The box looked good and the table is fine.  The table was well protected, but the boxes of accessories were not secured inside the box and one of the brackets is bent slightly.

Just a follow up-

The LR32 1400 rail arrived yesterday via FedEx.  No damage in original Festool packaging with no additional box.

I ordered two Systainer ports from Amazon that arrived dented - one replaced the other and both were returned.  I'd be very careful shipping those from Amazon or any other dealer unless you like dents.

SYS-PORTS really need to be shipped on a pallet.

Agreed 100% I had my Sysports shipped on a pallet direct from Festool Indiana, they arrived just fine. Bought them from an online dealer, not Amazon.  I bought another on ebay shipped UPS (brown truck) and it came in thrashed! But I was able to use the drawers so it all worked out OK!
