I have a pair.  They are used for jewelry gem setting.  Rio Grande is the vendor I used.  They are competitive and very reliable.

The jewelry industry does not like serrated jaws as they will scar the soft silver and gold that they use.  But those same plier manufacturers sell to other industries that do allow serrated jaws.  I googled one manufacturer adding "serrated jaws" and found several.
