This looks like a nice product. I use a similar, but more hefty, system on my table saw, and it is very helpful to be able to concentrate on the feed without worrying if the work piece will drift away from the fence. Especially when dealing with large panels. Not so sure this product is heavy-duty enough for a shaper, though.

I have to agree with your comment about how useful they would be in regards to use with a shaper. A nice product for router tables. The setup is based on the proper adjustment of a power feeder but without the expense of a power feeder. IMHO the use of a power feeder is still the way to go for both applications.

A smaller version of Board Buddies.  I'm thinking I could set up a jig to attach them to my fence on my TS to use there as well.  Any reason they wouldn't work there?

Think they would work if you had a fence attached to the Miter and use for rails/stiles.  The regular saw fence doesn't have t-slots.  You could make an auxiliary fence with T-slot and attach to standard fence.  Maybe?

That would definitely work. You just need to t-track at whatever height is necessary to run your material though!  The cool thing about an aux fence is that you could have varying height aux fences to accommodate your material!
