So I while back a bought a half dozen jet clamps and have been really pleased with their performance. So much so in fact that I decided to add a few more to my shop. I ordered a two pack and as you can see by my photos what Amazon sent me was not what I had in mind. A single broken clamp poorly packed in a cardboard box... It ruined my mood, what a disappointment!

That would be a REAL disappointment.  Good luck with Amazon.  May I share my experience with Jet with regard to their clamps.  Much like your delivery guy, I accidentally performed my own stress test by dropping one of my clamps on the concrete floor in my shop.  The handle broke just as in your picture.  I called Jet and informed them of what I'd done and asked to buy a handle.  They said they didn't sell replacement handles and couldn't cover it under warranty.  I agreed completely with the warranty issue as it was something I'd done.  Somewhere in the conversation I mentioned that I had a dozen of there clamps and the next thing I knew they asked for my shipping address and a free replacement clamp came in the mail.  I'm sure Amazon will make it right with you but it's not everyday that I get a chance to share my pleasant experience with Jet with someone.  By the way, I made my own handle out of wood and fixed the broken one.

I've got some Jet parallel bar clamps and really like them.  However, their handles do seem to be their weak point.  One magazine review pointed that out as well, though I've yet to have an issue.

(I did have an issue bringing them on an airplane though because TSA didn't seem to understand what a "clamp" was.  Clamp?  But that's another story.)

The other weak point in those clamps is visible in your second picture. The little triangular end cap that covers the end of the plastic handle is always falling off.

But they are terrific clamps in all other respects. I don't have enough of them.
