Jet Router Table a Good Choice?

I will soon have a bigger dedicated shop and will have space for a router table for the first time.  Portability is not needed for me as all my work will be in the shop.  I was seriously considering an Incra table with a lift.  I am planning to order soon.  When I checked today the Incra wait is about four months.  That seems like a long time to me.

Another option I have looked at is Jet.  Specifically the Jet table with a cast iron top and lift.  I have other Jet Tools and like the quality/warranty.  Never used a Jet router table.  Is Jet a viable option?  Anyone used both to compare?  Any other suggestions?

Any suggestions on a dedicated router for a table regardless of which direction I go for the table/lift.  I want something that is easy to change blades and has plenty of power.  I will leave the router in the table full time and use my Festool routers for handheld needs.

Thanks.

I bought a bunch of Jessem components and then made my own table frame.  All the Jessem pieces are very nice.    But that Jet table looks decent.  That cast iron table top is a nice upgrade to the more common phenolic tops -- should be (and stay) flatter.
