Hi,

OK, so I am thinking of making a last minute trip to the show.  It is about a seven hour drive, travel Friday, attend show Saturday. Probably just the Exibit hall, due to no prior planning.  Good idea ? Bad idea? Should I be smart and just plan better and go next year to get the most out of it?

Only got to stay at JLC for a few hours this morning before catching my train home and didn't get a chance to meet any Foggers and just missed Honeydo Kreg by minutes. That's the bad news. The good news is the traffic and interest at the Festool booth was heavy. And this will be an explosive year for Festool with the slew of new tools arriving later this year. Also, had  the pleasure of meeting Shane....and just watching him on the laptop  for a few minutes made me aware of just what I was up against when he was McFeely's IT persona few years back...and why I was on the losing end of that web battle!

Nah, I've met Shane before in Indy and have  bothered him exchanged emails only about 50,000 times - and that was only regarding the Recon tool program. ;D [eek] [laughing]
