John Lucas, hospital stay

John I have been reading your stuff I believe the last 4 or 5 years. I never paid much attention to the Festool stuff, but you did sway me to get into the Incra items. Now that I have taken a look you have done really good things in the Festool explanations.

Thanks for the free web site you have. I definitely would pay to have access to your articles and reviews.

Get better soon,

Nickao

Get well soon, John.

I too have enjoyed your site for some time, and look forward to seeing you back again.

Hope you get well soon John, things just aren't the same when your not around.
                                                                                            Thanks Dan

Best wishes, John.  Had my gall bladder removed last year.  Luckily, I was back at work two days later and have had no reoccurring problems.

John,  I have garnered lots of great info from your site. Even before I found the FOG.  Get well soon so that you can return to what you like doing.

Best wishes from France for a speedy recovery. I learnt a lot from your web site.
which I regularly read over and over.

I am at home and recovering well for an 80 yo. Unfortunately, I am only 71 (humor on my part.) In for 14 days and I thought I would never get rid of the strains of bugs that were keeping me in there.
While I can joke, there is one thing that is no joke, and that is the prayers and thoughts of you people here. I don't even want to suggest what it would have been like without your good thoughts. Wife Sandy who did herculean effort to keep me sane also appreciated your thoughts and the part they played.
I have some rehab ahead and then lots of things for woodshopdemos.com. No, I did not locate any potential woodshop assistants. With the meds I was on, I wouldn't trust my otherwise spotless impressions.

Hopefully the thought of the demos and all the things you still have yet to accomplish in your mind, help you get healed up faster. I saw a study somewhere, if I can find it I will post it,  that stated woodworkers, artists and craftsman tend to live longer, happier and healthier, as well as married couples that go to Church. And believe it or not cranky people.

Here's to many more years that you can enjoy doing what you obviously love to do. And for my own selfishness, a place I can go to for an informative read on my interests.

John, welcome back. It is truly great that you are now back home and recuperating even at the rate of an 80 yr old. :D You were sorely missed and as you have seen well thought of. Hang in there and know we are all right there with you. Fred

John, it's great to hear you're back home, and recuperating. I got really good at sudoku on my computer while I was recovering from the surgery. Keeps the brain active while the body heals. Take it easy, and don't forget to laugh (but gently).

Great to hear your good news John!  We are all eager to have you back, but don't rush it, we can wait until you are rested and ready!
