I've had these Jorgensen clamps in a box for some time. I never got around to drilling 3/4" holes in my old workbench to use them. I recently built my own MFT-style of workbench using 20mm holes, and these work great. The clamps come with a quick release nut for the post, so they are easy to attach. The ample shoulder helps seat it in the hole, so its very slightly undersized post posed no issues in clamping anything securely to the table.
A real plus is that they are pretty inexpensive.
