Here is a shot of one of the rooms in a house we just finished up. My son is working the summer with me. As i was sweeping the floor I looked up. This shot almost has everything you need to show someone your skill sets. We performed all the work onsite.

Looks really good but I've got a quick question? What's up with the gaps on the top and bottom of the flutes sections where they meet other trims? You've got noticeable gaps on them but not elsewhere, do you do it for a reason? Because I'd think that would be really hard to caulk with the flutes?

That is unpainted end grain you are seeing at the top pf the flutes. We put a 5/4 on top of the flutes to create a capital look. The gaps are minor. Yes caulking flues is a pain. lol
