Hi,
I just signed up and I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jeanne and the picture is of our Store/Website Mascot, Lucy - She insisted on having her picture up in lights. Anyway, TOOLS-PLUS has been selling Festool for several years both in the Waterbury, CT Store (28 years) and on-line for 10 years - WHERE DID THE TIME GO!

I see that there are several Dealers on this Festool Owner's Group Forum, but if anyone has an questions, our Tool Guru Bob, would be happy to help out!

Lucy,
Glad to welcome another dealer to the forum!  The hands-on familiarity dealers bring to the forum is incredibly valuable.

Your Web site looks excellent, by the way.  Great amount of information, and a friendly presentation.

Please feel free to jump in any time with information!

Also, you can tell us about any specials or unique events and offerings at Tools-Plus, even if it's not directly related to Festool Tools.

Stay in touch,
Matthew

PS: You're not to far from my home town in Western Massachusetts.

Welcome Jeanne,
Woodshopdemos.com is known for it pretty workshop assistants, but if you travel over one state, you are always very welcome.

Ummm - Lucy is the dog!  The dealer is Jeanne.  Welcome Jeanne.  Woof to Lucy.  :D ;D

Yes, sorry Jeanne!  I was addressing you by your member name.

Of course, around here, being called by our dog's name is not a sign of disrespect.  A lot of us include our dogs in our online identities, including me.

Welcome again,
Matthew

Thank you everyone for that kind Welcome aboard and I don't mind you calling me Lucy. She sits next to me or in our Shipping Department with Ricky everyday. If you have a moment go to our "About Us Page" and you will see her in Ricky's arms. We are thinking about allowing everyone to bring in their dogs or cats and make it a pet friendly working environment. They say that Pets are definite stress reducers!

I have to say that the members of this Forum are a great group of folks. I have just viewed some of the other Forums and they can get pretty Nasty!

I think my dog, Karmle, is better looking (in some ways) than John's pretty assistants!   ;)

Jeanne, welcome to the forum! Alltough I am not a potential customer of your company (I live on another continent), I enjoyed reading the descriptions of the staff members.

John, that sliding table is an accesory for the festool CS70 table saw, which is, as far as I know, not available in the US. (the related items on the product page are a side extension, outfeed, and ripfence for the same saw). link to the table saw on festool uk site

Thanks Frank, looks like our Festool Rep. got it wrong and provided our Web Guys with an incorrect spread sheet of Festool product specs.  Maybe next time he will run it by our sales team first. I will let our web guys know. Thanks again for the help!

Jeanne (Lucy),
See, we're a discerning bunch here on the FOG!  Nothing gets past our keen eyes.
