Kapex 120 EB

I am having difficulty with my Kapex 120 as I cannot set the miter angle to anything beyond 24 degrees to the right. 
Releasing the miter lock works but stops at the right side’s 24 degree mark.  It goes freely between this degree and anywhere to the left side (up to the 50 degree mark).
It also will stop at the various preset miter positions.  Nothing appears to be loose or lodged underneath.
Any suggestions?

Is the blade fouling the RH fence?

No, blade and fence appear to be fine.

What about if you remove the right hand  fence altogether just to eliminate it completely?

I figured out the issue and it was me!
I had the hold down clamp in the wrong position and it was preventing the saw from swinging to the right.
Duh.
