Am I going crazy or did they change the bed height on the new Kapex REB model to 110mm? The little rubber feet aren't in dog holes when I take the measurement. I wanted to use a Sys 1 as infeed/outfeed until I get the extension wings but the Sys 1 TLOC on my bench is 112mm and the Kapex is 110mm.

I'm not qualified to answer the first part of that question, but I'm pretty sure the answer to the second part is yes.

Last night, I mounted my new Kapex in the miter station I'm building, and I had to raise the shelf slightly higher than I was expecting because at 111mm, the Kapex was below the adjacent counter tops.

After I found that my shelf was too low, I took the Kapex out and put a straight edge across it and a SYS 1, and sure enough, the SYS 1 was taller.

I ended up putting the shelf around 109, and it works perfectly.  I will add here that those little rubber feet aren't hard rubber, which was really convenient.  I finished leveling the shelf really close to 109mm below the benchtop (it might have been 108.75), and the Kapex was very slightly taller than the benchtop (which I was prepared to be ok with). But when I screwed it down to the shelf, the rubber feet compressed, and I was able to use that screwdown to get it pretty much exactly flush.  I'm thinking there is at least 2mm of play in the compression of those rubber feet - I'm not sure if Festool did that on purpose, but it worked out really well for me.

As I understand the whole "system" thing went a bit wrong when TLOCS came out. The KS120 base is the same height as a CLASSIC sys1 but not a TLOC sys1. Despite classics and tlocs having the same stack height the tlocs are actually higher because of their feet.

To confuse things even further I think the base of the KS60 is the height of a TLOC sys1  [blink]

Not sure if that answers your question.
