Kapex 88 or 120?

hello woodworkers,

I am a woodworker for let's say 5 years now, and i now understand why quality tools really matters..

Working clean what festools provides;like almost no dust,  quick systems, t loc etc..

My  garage is getting filled with new tools who already proofed there money for the jobs they did.

like festool clt 26 dust vacum cleaner/ mafell plunge saw etc...

now my question ;D  the festool kapex 88/ festool kapex 120  what is the big differences between them?

what i can tell it's only the laser and fast stop stystem, is this worth the 1250 euro's? Becuase the kapex 88 is only 890 euro

The lasers come in very handy and the angle finder is quite useful. I'd paid the difference and I'm glad I have the lasers. If you specifically didn't want or need lasers because of the style of work you performed you could save the money.

That price difference seems greater than I would have expected in Euros! [eek]

heyy, it could be less difference in price but at least 200 euro's+

if u work outside, is the laser beam still visible? some saws i had the beams where almost gone

Direct sunlight defeats them for me, but even outside I prefer to work under shade.
