Just purchased the ka-ug leg set for my kapex. After installing the right side it sits slightly proud of the kapex base. I have not measured but it's enough so a piece of wood will not slide without catching. The left side is perfect. After having a look I don't see a way to adjust this out without possible filing down the v-bracket. Anyone else have this problem or know how to adjust. Thanks.

I don't have the Kapex stand/legs but the first thing that comes to mind is something in the v groove like glue or sawdust.

Mine are both flush. I would do what Brice suggested and check the v-groove for debris or imperfections. Also try putting the extensions on the wrong sides, and see if they sit flush or not. This way you can see if it's the extension or the v-groove in your saw.

Saw is new, so not sawdust or glue. I will try the flipping from right to left that's a good idea. From observation there doesn't appear to be any burrs or the such on either components.

I don't have one here to take photos, but make sure you're unscrewing the locking knob on the extension far enough and sliding it completely onto the v-groove.

A photo of the top and bottom of it would be helpful for us to look at.

I had the same issue on the right side UG extension, however, after making sure that the extension was fully in the groove and that the leg on the UG was fully extended and the UG was level the issue was resolved by fully tightening the locking knob and the three set screws. Now the transition from Kapex to UG is smooth. The right side was certainly more difficult to adjust.

Thanks all for the responses.  After messing around with it yesterday, I did notice a burr of some sort on the groove. I removed with a file and all is fitting nicely now.
Thanks
