Kapex cuts square on Right fence, not square on Left fence - Help!

My Kapex seems to have an unusual problem - see subject above.

I have used a straight edge to be sure both sides of the fence are in line with each other.

How can it be that one side cuts square and the other does not.  The vertical squareness is ok on both sides.  I have loosened and retightened the fence to be sure the fence was not  'tweaked' or bent - it did not seem to be.

I feel like I am in some kind of "Warp" but I can't figure it out.  Any ideas?

My guess is that you are biasing the handle without realizing it. Are you switching hands? Repeat your experiment, but use the same hand and body position for both cuts, and make sure the workpiece is mechanically clamped and not hand-held.

I have used the clamp on both sides but I will try being conscious of how I do the cut, it is possible I am "biasing" the cut.  I always use the same hand and grip as far as I can tell; but i will give it a careful look
