I just did a five-cut test on my relatively new KS120. The results are below. Does the saw need calibration, or are these numbers good enough? (I'm new to all of this.) Some of my cuts are not a true 90 degrees. There could be many reasons what that is so, but I want to make sure that the saw's calibration is not one of those reasons. My miters are not good at all, but again, that could be pilot error.

Start: .5065"
End: .5155"
Length of cutoff: 11.9"

I personally don't accept tolerances over .002 on any of my miter saws.  I recently tuned up my DW716 and 717 miter saws and on a 5 cut before dividing for cumulative error the 716 is off .0005 at 6" and the 717 is off at .002 at 12".  You can get tighter.
