A customer just phoned to tell me his saw starts up and runs at full power then the speed decreases. Demonstrated the sound over the phone and you can clearly hear the saw slowing down even under no load. Is it something simple or will it have to go back to Festool UK?

Is the speed dial set to max speed?  If not it probably needs to go back.
