Has anyone growled at how awful it looks when you need to punch holes through the side sticker in order to adjust the laser adjustment screws?  6 torn up holes.  Why couldn't they just have the sticker cut out for the 6 holes?
I've had my saw for almost 3 years, the laser came misadjusted out of the box and I've lived with it because I just don't want to ruin the look of the saw.  Stupid I know but I'm hating to punch through that sticker.
And yes, I own a MFT and it's all cut up.

I agree, Its an awful design.  There are so many better solutions, they could have put a little plastic door there, or put holes in the sticker.  I've heard Festool will send you a new sticker, but really?  Who thought that was a good idea?

Ask them to send you a new one and I bet they will. When you send your Kapex in for service work they always re-align the lasers and replace it. Call service and I bet they are pretty nice like they always are at fixing problems in the easiest possible way.

The label is also available as a spare part in all geographies.

You can always "lift" it in the first instance to adjust the lasers rather than poking holes through it of course.

Sometimes solutions are so simple. I agree not the best design but, Festool did send me an additional sticker, (which i asked for) and I am going to try and solve the problem by punching holes in the new sticker before I put it on,, problem solved. Thanks for getting the brain working.

A paper hole punch would work, is that what you used or did you use the LT32 accessory kit?
Never mind about the hole punch, that's ghetto.
Gotta pick me up a LT32.
