kapex manufacturer refurbished for sale on ebay UK

As title and being sold by powertool centre on ebay UK descrpition clearly states refurbished direct from festool.

I thought festool did not sell refurbished tools,Has there been a change in policy?

I have seen these listings before and they tend to be the demo stock from TTS in Suffolk who are the Festool UK reps.

They sell off stuff direct on Ebay sometimes also.

I have seen the tts items on ebay before and are sold as ex demo or used   the kapex is being sold as (festool refurbished) by powertoolcentre and has a three year garantee
