I just purchased the Kapex 120 and I am having trouble with getting a complete cut all the way through the wood. Each cut leaves a fraction of a mm uncut. I basically have to break off the off cut piece and leave a splinter rather than getting a nice clean cut. I tried loosening the fence screws and didn't really see much play to move forward. I looked for any other way to micro adjust either the fence or blade depth and didn't see any. Any suggestions?

is the un cut part all along the bottom face or just in the corner closest to the fence.
my first thought was that the depth lever is set wrong.
there is a small lever that locks the head from dropping below a level.
its a bad design and very hard to set accurately. its one of the main reasons I don't own a kapex.
if its in the corner, then the saw head isn't sliding all the way back

Welcome to the FOG! and to Kapex ownership. There is an easy adjustment that will allow you to control the depth the blade cuts below the table which is what will cure your issue.

Okay test completed. The depth lever is adjusted at its lowest position. Besides it seems to only be functional when it is pulled in the forward position. Pushed back, it seems to always allow the saw to operate with the blade at its deepest cut. I still get the problem. Here is a picture (assuming I figure out how to attach the image...) Note the piece is turned bottom side up so you can see the uncut corner.

Follow the link that ccmviking posted in the first reply in this thread. It includes the solution with a picture to show you what screw to adjust.
