Kapex questions

I took the plunge  and bought a Kapex,  I have a few questions I hope to have answered here in order to avoid reading the owner's manual.
Do the lasers only turn on when the button is pushed or can they be fixed to work with the trigger?
When I tilt down the the saw on the UG cart the bevel slides a few degrees out of zero. Can the bevel lock be tightened to prevent this?

You are crazy not to read the manual and the supplemental manual! it is not like it's a Russian novel. But I have to ask, why bother to buy a tool like a Kapex and not want to read the manual!? Most likely you have already made the mistake of cutting up and throwing out the box. 

To respond and answer your question if you don't want to read the manual seems like a waste of time for all of us.

Maybe I'm being a bit harsh...  [2cents]  but .... hey meet us in the halfway  [poke].

The answer to the first question is for 1.2 million dollars US, I can make it happen. Real answer is No.
