Kapex retract loosing its tension

I've been using my kapex very regularly as a professional workhorse for about 2 years now and it has been (for the most part) a  pleasure. My main concern right now is that after the cut the retracting mechanism seems to be losing its tension and sometimes the blade just stays down below the table pale without retracting unless assisting it with upward force. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Torsion spring lubricant. Spray the return spring.

I spray mine quarterly, a little goes a long way.
