I don’t think the cost of a tool should determine the quality of service you can expect. I’d expect the same quality of service from a harbor freight tools as I would a Festool . The service is how to build brand loyalty.
In this case I think they did ya right.
I just called them yesterday about the upgrade kit for the cyclone. I’ve had mine for about 4 months or so. They sent me the upgrade kit free of charge. Including free shipping.
They’ve done the same on other things to.
All products will eventually fail. It’s what the company does after the tool fails that matters.
