Just received kapex, mobile base, and arms today. The black plastic caps used to transport arms while folded up were damaged. There was a hole on one side of the box and looked like it had been dropped. It was delivered by FedEx. Fortunately the arms look ok. Called cpofestool.com and told them about damage and they told me that they could send out a new replacement for everything inside shipping box or I could call festool directly and have them send me just the plastic end cap only. I didn't feel the need to send arms back to dealer when only the caps were broken so I told the dealer I'll just call festool directly. I called the number provided by dealer and explained the situation. She told me she'll send me a replacement cap free of charge.
Moral of story - FedEx sucks. They dropped off my shipment without ringing doorbell or getting signature. Now I know why.
