kapex ug extension problems

I'm new to the forum so please bare with me. I recently bought the whole complete Kapex set, so Kapex, ug stand and extension wings and i absolutely love it and the dust extraction. My Kapex is currently set up in my garage with the extension wings. I wanted to use the positive stops to make some repetitive cuts the other day, but i found the stop aren't accurate. I set the stops to 300mm and the saw cuts my wood at 298 mm. I know it only 2 mm but I've paid a lot of money for this set and was hoping it would be accurate or am i expecting to much and does everyone else get this?

Hi dan you need to zero them slack off the Allen bolts on the underside were they attach to the kapex an you can adjust them easy to sort I had to do it the both of mine hope it helps. Where in brum are you I live in wolverhampton

Thanks. thought there might be an easy fix. Not actually from Birmingham from stratford upon avon in the west midlands; just easier to say birmingham haha.

Years ago, my sister had a classmate whose dad was English. He was showing slides of the country to her high school English Literature class and had one of Stratford on Avon. Of course he mentioned this is where Shakespeare lived. So a girl in the class pipes up and asked him, "oh, was he a friend of yours?" I don't believe her grade that semester was very high.  [oops]
