Kapex UG extensions and boom arm set for CT 22

Last year I was able to take the Kapex on the plane as checked baggage.  This year I'm trying to bring back  the UG extensions and boom arm set.  Shane, do you know the shipping dimensions and weight of the left kapex UG extension and the boom arm set for the CT22?
