Kapex w/central dust collector

Do many people use a central dust collector with their Kapex?

I had my old miter saw connected to my dust collection system, this to help suck in the extra dust floating around, and also had a shop vac connect to the saw itself.

I still have the system connected even though I bought a Kapex, and still use a dedicated hose attached from the Kapex to my Shop Vac with a HEPA filter.

Thanks.  I am just getting my shop set up. I bought an Oneida V3000 (not plumbed in to anything yet) and have a still in the box Kapex and a CT36. (Along with a full compliment of other tools).

I was thinking of connecting the Kapex to the central system, but wasn't sure if there would/could be too much suction.  Or, maybe having a shroud around the Kapex tied into the central system as well as the regular hose arrangement.

I have mine set up with my shop vac system (Onieda Pro 1500). It works well.
